Simon arrived on time as planned, and got straight into it. The WIFI issue was identified in minutes and corrected, (peace and quiet again!). The new Sonos components were added, and WIFI passwords changed. Not everything in the quote was required, so the invoice was adjusted down. In and out, clean and tidy, knowledgeable and polite. I can't ask for more than that .
